Both CuZn30 and CuZn28 alloys exhibit an impressive combination of cold forming capabilities and solid mechanical strength. CuZn30, in particular, boasts excellent hot forming characteristics and excels in soldering and brazing applications. These alloys, including CuZn30, are commonly referred to as “deep-draw” or “cartridge” brass due to their exceptional deep drawing properties.
